These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoidX website at void-x.online (the "Site") and any services you engage VoidX ("we", "us", "our") to provide. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a discovery call, or entering into a project agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
VoidX provides software development, workflow automation, Shopify and custom e‑commerce development, website and WordPress development, UI/UX design, SaaS product development, AI solutions, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined separately in a proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between VoidX and the client, which takes precedence over this general description.
Information submitted through our contact form, discovery calls, or email is used to prepare a proposal or quote. Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, create a binding contract between you and VoidX. A project engagement begins only once both parties agree in writing to a proposal, quote, or contract covering scope, timeline, and payment terms.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the VoidX brand mark, is the property of VoidX unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For client projects, ownership and licensing of deliverables (code, designs, and other work product) will be defined in the applicable project agreement.
Pricing, payment schedules, and payment methods for any project are agreed upon separately in a proposal or contract prior to work beginning. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, invoices are due upon the terms specified within it.
Our Site uses third-party tools such as Calendly for scheduling discovery calls and FormSubmit for processing contact form submissions. Your use of these tools is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoidX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information presented on it. Our liability in connection with any paid project engagement is limited to the terms specified in the applicable written agreement for that project.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms. Termination of an active project engagement is governed by the terms of the relevant project agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
